“Politik” draws on the 35 years of political journalism experience of Richard Harman.
Best known as the Chief TVNZ Political Correspondent during the Muldoon, Lange and Bolger years, he went on to produce award-winning political documentaries and then established Front Page Ltd which pioneered weekend political interview shows with “Agenda” and “The Nation”.
He has also been a political columnist for “NBR” and for some years wrote the influential private newsletter “Political Update”.
He is a Life Member of the Press Gallery, has won numerous journalism awards. He is also a frequent speaker about the current political situation.
