Green Co-Leader James Shaw yesterday told the CTU conference that the aprty would insist that any Cabinet it participated in as aprt of a future coalition Government would need to have an equal balance of men and women. He said that the Green Party would put gender equality at the heart of any Government it is involved in, starting with equal representation in Cabinet.
